Any services provided by 1Dollar-Hosting.com may only be used for legal purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States Federal, State, or City law is strictly prohibited.

1dollar-hosting.com provides you with web space and bandwidth on our white labeled servers for resell this service at your best approach. Should you wish to start your own hosting company all traces of our company is completely removed so your customers will never know we exist. We provide you with your own private name servers with rDNS for give you 100% anonymity.

Only you would be responsible for any relations between you and your customers since we only support our resellers directly. However you are completely responsible for the activities you and your customers perform on our servers. These activities can’t be against the follow rules:

Unacceptable content or activities include are, but is not limited to:

• Copyrighted media, without authority to distribute or put on view
• Cracking programs or key generators and unlicensed applications
• Child pornography or kidnapping material
• Fraudulent activity, phishing, pyramid schemes, chain letters, sham actions.
• Terrorist propaganda, racist material, or bomb/weapon instructions
• Viruses, Spyware, Malware, Trojan horse or other infectious material or files
• Material protected by trade secret or additional law
• IRC and associated programs (including “psybnc”, "bots", etc...)
• Scripts commonly used for abuse, attacks, or flooding
• Threatening, harassing, or obscene content
• Any proxies which do not require authentication (including open mail proxies, unprotected anonymous web surfing proxies, etc...)

Spamming

Attempting to gain unauthorized entry to any site or network, or any network or host scanning, probing, monitoring or other information gathering associated with such activity; using the Service to guess passwords.

Links to unacceptable content, as defined above, are also prohibited.

Breaking any of these aforementioned rules may result in immediate account termination, as well as criminal prosecution where deemed necessary.

We may at its discretion suspend or terminate service of any client that is abusive/harassing to our company and/or our employees. Examples of such activity include, but are not limited to:

• Verbal abuse - cursing, yelling, threatening, etc...
• Ongoing disregard for warnings or notices
• Consistent mistakes/errors/changes causing unnecessary workload
• Spamming 1dollar-hosting email addresses, ticket systems, or forms
• Continuous involvement in flood/DDOS activity, hacked services, or other ongoing non-permitted usage
• Consistent late payments or administrative responses
• Issuing a chargeback or bouncing a payment
• Continuous activation of problematic end-users accounts
• Any action which affects the service(s) of our other clients

Also your entire account is in concurrence with the follow :

All our services are definitive and non-refundable. Therefore before you order a service; be sure your order is not against our Terms our Service and you in fact want to get up such service up and running.

Service Cancellation:
Periodic accounts are automatically renewed and are charged in the same way you chosen at the beginning of your account.
Cancellations must be received at least Five (5) days prior to your next monthly renew date. If this cancellation periode isn't respected the next renewal invoice may be required to pay.
A cancellation request must be submitted through the account management site at http://1dollar-hosting.com/OCP/ or a cancellation email, which includes your domain name, username and password, must be received by our Billing Department.

Overdue payments

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

1Dollar-Hosting.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Further, 1Dollar-Hosting.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of 1Dollar-Hosting.com's servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service. 1Dollar-Hosting.com shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies. 1Dollar-Hosting.com reserves the right to terminate an account at any time and for any reason that causes harm to any customer's web sites. 1Dollar-Hosting.com reserves the right to delete all content and files upon termination. 1Dollar-Hosting.com reserves the right to withhold any pre-paid funds for any site removed for violations of these policies. 1Dollar-Hosting.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. 1Dollar-Hosting.com reserves the right to change these Policies without prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of these Policies does not constitute consent.
